Graduates of Madison Park’s building trades programs now have a direct pathway into union careers. Through Building Pathways—a pre-apprenticeship program—up to 50 top-performing seniors each year are guaranteed entry into union apprenticeship programs.
No other high school in Massachusetts offers this level of access. This groundbreaking partnership creates a steady pipeline of skilled workers to help build Boston’s public schools and future.

To qualify for entry into the Building Pathways program, students must be seniors in the following CTE programs:
Note: Eligibility is limited to the top-performing 50% of the graduating class from each of these six programs.
