I came to Madison looking for a unique path considering it’s a vocational school. I chose cosmetology as my vocation because I enjoy being creative. Despite my main interest being STEM-related, I’ve been able to partake in a creative process.
All the opportunities that have come, have come because of Madison.
I felt a connection with the TV Production program, I could write a script, edit a story or produce a documentary. Moreover, I could impact lives. I don’t know what would’ve happened if I attended English High School, but I do know I wouldn’t be graduating today with a Vocational Certification that will be with me for life.
